"Hand Pies"... pie you eat with your hands!!
Tonight I made blueberry pies and raspberry/blackberry pies... these went over very very well

Banana cream pie. I usually make my own pie crust, but I only had a couple of hours to make this as well as the oreo cake.

Oreo cake for a friend's birthday... Chocolate cake filled with oreo buttercream frosting, then drizzled with semisweet chocolate ganache. On the top are whipped cream swirls and oreos.
